Michelle Levy has been a dog lover since she was a child. She was extremely allergic to dogs, but when she was near a dog, she just couldn’t stay away! As a child, Michelle wouldn’t just pet dogs- She would hug them and kiss them until her allergies were so bad that she had to be taken to the emergency room more than 3 times!
When Michelle got older, a friend had an emergency and had to leave his dog with her for a few days. After a day of sneezing, wheezing, and coughing, she went to the doctor and asked to start taking allergy shots. After one shot, her allergies were gone!
From that time on, Michelle was never without at least one dog. She went on to become active in dog rescue, dog sitting, dog walking… etc. If it involved dogs, Michelle did it.
Now Michelle and her husband Alan continue to rescue dogs. They have at least 3 dogs of their own at all times. They especially love to adopt senior dogs. Michelle and Alan find so much joy in giving senior dogs a wonderful home. They pamper all of their dogs and make sure that they have the best lives they could dream of!
